God has given Apostle Helen J Scott a vision, a vision for a place of refuge, a light house for all on the Island of Andros in the Bahamas.
The Lord gave her the name for this ministry, from the book of Revelations Ch: 22 vs 17 "whosoever will". The Whosoever Will Ministry is a non denominational ministry, that operates under the Apostolic anointing. A ministry where the focus is on winning souls for the kingdom of God. Hence the motto "Win The Lost at Any Cost".
