Vision
1. To proclaim and propagate the Christian faith.
2. To proclaim the gospel of the kingdom of God.
3. To provide in-depth scriptural instruction in the biblical precepts of the kingdom God.
4. To provide members with comprehensive support and resource to enable them to enjoy the abundant life that comes from living according to the principles of the kingdom of God.
5. To prepare members to be effective witnesses of the kingdom of God by imparting practical ways for them to light and salt.
6. To provide biblical solution to problems which perplex government and private enterprise by applying principles of the kingdom of God.
7. To establish, operate and maintain local church fellowships, missions, mission-houses,and schools through out the Bahamas and to endow Associations, chapels, burial grounds, schools, colleges, mission halls, residences, for ministers, school-masters, and to school-mistresses, refugee homes, recreation centres, Christian amusement parks and centres, hotels, homes, retirement homes, television and radio station and other buildings to be used in connection with the work of the Association.
8. To appoint ministers, pastor and teachers to determine their remuneration and the terms and condition of employment and to assist financially and other wise ministers, preachers and other Christian workers in furthering the objects of the Association.
9. To grant relief necessitous persons.
10. To aid financially or otherwise and lend money at interest or free of interest to, and further the work of any Church, Mission, School, College or Refugee home, or organization which needs assistance and to apply any of funds or property gratuitously for any of these purpose.
11. To build, maintain, alter or enlarge any Association, Chapel, Mission House, School, College or Refugee Home including residence for Ministers and Teachers and any other building required for the work of the Association.
12. To organize and trian mission teams for ministry in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and elsewhere.
13. To conferences and workshop for the furtherance of the main objects of the Association.
14. To support, promote, encourage and provide opportunity for involvement in mission and evangelism around the world and to promote and advance the Christian religion by the establishment of centres of fellowship schools and colleges and by any and every means and manner in keeping with the scriptures.
15. To nominate persons as trustees for the Association for any purpose or purposes from time to time.
16. To own operate and maintain aero-planes, buses, ships, and other means of transportation required for the promotion and objects of the Association.
17. To manufacture, buy, sell, supply and deal provisions and goods of all kinds required for the promotion of the objects of the Association.
18. To purchase or otherwise acquire, or to construct, lay out, fence and maintain one or more cemeteries in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas and elsewhere, and to use more permits the same to be used for the burial of human remains.
19. To purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise acquire any real and personal estate that may be deemed necessary for any of the purpose of the Association.
20. To construct, maintain, and alter any houses, buildings or works necessary or convenient for the purpose of the Association.
21. To take any gift of property, whether subject to any special trust or not, for anyone or more for the objects of the Association.
22. To take such steps by personal or written appeals, public, meetings, or otherwise, as may from time to time be expedient for the purpose of procuring contributions to the funds of the Association, in the shape of donations annual; subscription or otherwise.
23. To print and publish and buy, sell or distribute any newspapers, periodicals, books leaflets, tapes and films that the Association may think desirable for the promotion of its objects including gospel broadcasting by television, radio or public address system and to acquire printing presses, and equipment.
24. To sell, manage, leas, mortgage, dispose of or otherwise deal with all or any of the property of the Association.
25. To employ legitimate methods of financing the Association objectives through individuals and church gifts or other business and biblical means and to pay out Association funds - gifts for special projects consistent with the objectives of the Association, and expenses incidental to the management and administration of the business of the Association.
26. To invest any money of the Association, not immediately required for any of the objects, in such a manner as may from time to time be determine.
27. To open and operate bank accounts and to draw, make accept, enforce, execute, discount, issue and negotiate cheques, bills of exchange, bills of lading, warrants, debentures, promissory notes and other negotiable or transferable instruments.
28. To undertake or execute any trust or any agency business which may seem directly or indirectly conducive to any of the objectives of the Association.
29. To subscribe to any local or other charities, and to grant donations for any public purpose and to provide a superannuation funds for the servants of the Association, or otherwise to assist any such servants, their widows and children, including scholarships.
