God has given Apostle Helen J. Scott a Vision!
A vision for a place of refuge, a light house for all on the Island of Andros in the Bahamas. The Lord gave her the name for this ministry from the book of Revelations Ch: 22 vs 17 "whosoever will". The Whosoever Will Ministries is a Non-Denominational Ministry that operates under the Apostolic anointing. A ministry where the focus is on winning souls for the kingdom of God, hence the motto "Win The Lost at Any Cost". This is a ministry that was built on prayer, fasting and consecration. We believe in demonstrating love to all despite Race, Colour or Nationality; for Christ is for all. We believe in the free movement of the Holy Ghost with the expectation of seeing Healing, Deliverance and Miracles.
